Application of G2 Series Servo on Underwear Machine

This article introduces the application of the Zhishan G2 series servo system in the underwear machine and illustrates the key parameter setting of the servo driver.

1. Introduction


The computerized knitted underwear machine adopts an advanced full-computer control system, which can alarm the faults, illegal operations, and unsafe factors in various knitting processes, making the operator safer and the knitting smoother. Computer knitting underwear machines can weave out any style of underwear with natural, synthetic, artificial, and other fibers and yarn materials. 2. Brief introduction of underwear machine principle


The general structure of the underwear machine knitting machine is mainly composed of yarn feeding or yarn feeding mechanism, knitting mechanism, traction winding mechanism, transmission mechanism, electronic control mechanism, and auxiliary mechanism. Customers can process any kind of plain cloth, jacquard, and tissue forming garments and various underwear craft patterns through the computer to process special instructions at all levels of the organization. These instructions control the needle selector and servo drive on the knitting machine, which can be adjusted and density arbitrarily Adjust and weave all kinds of machines you want to produce. Computer knitted underwear machine is mainly composed of a control program, transmission system, complete device, loop number, loop setting device, etc. Control program: Control the output through the self-developed integrated circuit, and accept the program and data through the USB interface. Transmission system: Adopt a servo motor and drive through a synchronous belt. Complete device: adopt stepper motor independent control, each channel can quickly change the density. Tuck device: It is composed of 8 tuck triangles and is controlled by cylinder.

3. Control requirements and functions


 1). Servo high positioning accuracy; (requires that each positioning error does not exceed 4 pulses)

 2). It has the functions of normal stop and emergency stop; (that is, the machine can stop quickly and steadily by pressing the stop button or the emergency stop button when the motor is running, and can start quickly and smoothly when it is restarted.)

 3). Origin return function;

 4). High-speed and stable operation; (Able to cooperate with the feeding speed of the front-end filling production line to realize the rotation speed of the rotary positioning mechanism can be adjusted arbitrarily from 1 to 1000r / min.)

 5). It can intuitively display the working status and fault information of the servo on the man-machine interface;

 6). Prohibiting reversal function.


 4. Conclusions
