1. Introduction

UV printer is a high-tech plate-free full-color digital printing machine. It can be used for color photo printing on the surface of various materials.

2. Equipment features

(1) The printing process is optimized, subtracting some traditional process such as plate making, film, color registration, etc., printing faster and cost less, and can support various output software and various file formats.

(2) The UV ink will be dry just after spray and won’t fade. Reliable technical guarantees have been obtained in terms of technical difficulties such as nozzle control, weak solvent ink printing control, color curing intensity, and media transmission accuracy.

(3) The UV printer uses the latest LED cold light source technology without heat radiation.

(4)  Instant lighting, no preheating. Low temperature on the surface temperature of the printed material and won’t deform easily.

(5) Application of the latest generation of nozzles. The ink dot size is intelligently distributed and has higher printing accuracy than traditional UV machines.

(6) Applications of water cooling (water circulation) method. Has a good light-curing effect even in hot summer without air conditioning environment.

3. System construction and debugging requirements

Principle: The system sends pulses to control the operation of the printing part, and calculates the position of the motor through an external grating ruler to determine the distance of spray printing.

1. Set the position command acceleration and deceleration time 205 parameter to 500, which can meet the requirements of smooth jog operation;
2. Set the position loop ratio parameter 102 to 110, parameters 205 to 50, to meet the requirements, no appear of jitter and glide under continuous operation.

Figure 1 below, PA100 = 2600, PA101 = 10000, PA 102 = 110, PA 103 = 500 waveforms of continuous operation, the speed loop integral increases and the continuous operation effect will not appear "creeping" phenomenon.
