1. Introduction

The cloth winding machine is mainly used in the textile industry and is an important part of the loom. Its function is to collect the fabric in an orderly manner after weaving it. After the fabric is led away from the weaving mouth by the take-up roller, it is wound onto the cloth roller by the cloth guide roller to form a fabric package. As weaving progresses, the diameter of the cloth roll will gradually increase. To keep the circumferential speed of the cloth, roll constant, the diameter of the cloth roll should decrease as the diameter of the cloth roll increases. To improve the quality of the cloth roll, the tension in the cloth should be kept constant during the curling process. The application of the servo drive and servo motor on the cloth winding machine is mainly to tighten, flatten, and then curl the braid to form a finished product.

Cloth rolling machine features:

2. Technical requirements

The cloth winding machine is composed of eight sets of servo drives and servo motors. Among them, four sets of servo systems are used on the tensioning roller, and its function is to tighten the brace, pass the cloth guide roller to the spreader roller, the cloth is flattened, and then enter the cloth roll (the cloth roll has a pressure that can adjust the pressure) The roller is pressed on the cloth roll to increase the pressure. There are two sets of active guide rollers under the cloth roll as the motive force rollers at the same speed to rotate the cloth roll in the same direction) to curl.

3. System construction

The position machine uses PLC and controls the touch screen interface, and connected to the end of the servo drive control, the control mode is position mode, pulse + direction, the internal enable. The host computer sends a position command to the servo drive to make the servo drive complete the specified operation. The control terminal wiring is defined as follows:
